Louisiana Outfitters properties are located in the heart of wintering grounds to tens of thousands of ducks and geese from both the Central and Mississippi flyways. As our guest you will have the opportunity to shoot several species of ducks and geese. The most prominent ducks on our straps are Green and Blue Winged Teal, Pintail and Mallards, with good chances at an additional four species. Our professional guides also rely heavily on Specklebelly Geese "flying filet mignon" to help fill your bag. With the right conditions, you will have opportunities at Snows and Blue Geese. All of Louisiana Outfitters hunts are fully guided and don't require any work or walking of our guests. Our brand new 5,800 square foot hunting lodge is located twenty five miles east of Lake Charles. It is surrounded by thousands of acres of agriculture, which makes it very convenient to our hunting properties. The bedroom wing has six bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom. The rooms are double occupancy with two full size beds, very comfortable accommodating twelve hunters. The main lodge is equipped with all the bells and whistles; several large flat screen televisions, pool table, card table. A large fireplace with sitting area, original sporting art and sculptures, along with hand carved decoys. Wireless internet though out the lodge and bedrooms. Step outside onto the west patio. This is a main outdoor gathering area, with several ceiling fans for warmer weather and a large out fireplace for cooler weather. We have a flat screen out here as well, so you won't miss a single snap of the big game! This is truly a first class lodge, without being pretentious. Relax and settle in for a great nights rest in your fully appointed double occupancy room each it's with private bathroom. Wake in the morning for continental breakfast before departing for your exciting fully guided hunt. Return to lodge for full brunch "Louisiana Style".
